PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the troubles wherein a lot of work and time is required by the reason that the tightening and also the tightening release cannot be done unless a screw is rotated many times, because a conventional screw tightens a tightening object, etc., by fitting of crest and bottom for the object compounded in a spiral such as a female screw and a male screw; and to provide accordingly the tightening object which does not require the work and time for tightening such that the shape compounded in the spiral like as the screw is, not used as much as possible, when tightening and tightening release of the object, etc. SOLUTION: The tightening object incorporating an axis B with a head 12 and an axis 7 in the circle body A of a separation section 5 is obtained as a part of circle, installing a small diameter section in a tapered shape 4 on the outer wall of the circle at least to the lower part.
