PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifter that is higher than conventional devices when extended to a highest state, and that is lower than the conventional devices when set in a lowest state. SOLUTION: This lifter comprises a base 12, a fixed support pipe 14 erected from the base 12, and formed hollow inside, a winch 15 fixed to the fixed support pipe 14, an elevation inner cylinder 21 inserted to a hollow part in the fixed support pipe 14, an elevation folding plate 22 having a roughly U-shaped cross section, and connected to a top part of the elevation inner cylinder at a top part, and a stopper 16 provided on the fixed support pipe 14. An extension shaft 3 having a lock plate 35 to be engaged with the stopper 16 at a lower end is provided to be inserted into the elevation inner cylinder 21. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
