PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip which can easily be fitted on an article to be pinched without an inserting device while being a clip which is fitted on by using the clip-inserting device, and a guide for opening the clip for the clip- inserting device. SOLUTION: The distal end edges of this clip 102 are formed to be shifted in the longitudinal direction, and also, the upper and lower protruding parts 21 and 22 are formed in such a manner that the end edges may cross each other. This guide 502 for opening the clip is constituted of upper and lower guides 52 and 53, and the upper and lower guides are arranged in such a manner that a separating distance GWu on the internal ends of the upper guides 52 and 52 may become larger than a separating distance GWd on the internal ends of the lower guides 53 and 53. Also, an upper guide (plate spring) elasticity- starting point 54u and a lower guide (plate spring) elasticity-starting point 54d of the guide 502 are formed to be shifted in the longitudinal direction, and the root ends 56u and 56d of the upper and lower guides are formed to be shifted in the longitudinal direction as well.
