PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing blanket having durability in the adaptation to high speed printing in offset printing and well keeping good printing quality. SOLUTION: In the offset printing blanket having a support layer 12 containing at least one base cloth layer and the surface rubber layer 11 formed thereon, the surface rubber layer 11 is constituted of an oil-resistant rubber, and carbon black is contained in 100 pts.wt. of the oil resistant rubber in a ratio of 20-80 pts.wt.
