PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle plate, its producing method and an inkjet head in which the print quality is enhanced while reducing the cost. SOLUTION: In the nozzle plate 23 having a plurality of nozzle openings 24 for ejecting a liquid drop formed by repeating the machining of each specified nozzle opening group 25 a plurality of times, the nozzle pitch d or the interval of adjacent nozzle openings 24 in the nozzle opening group 25 is widened as compared with a reference pitch or the design interval of the adjacent nozzle openings 24 where the shooting positions of adjacent liquid drops has an ideal pitch in the arranging direction, whereas a machining pitch Li or the interval of the nozzle opening 24a at the end part of the nozzle opening group 25 and the nozzle opening 24b at the end part of the adjacent nozzle opening group 25 is narrowed.
