PURPOSE: An organic electro luminescence display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be capable of improving the characteristics of a display panel by reducing the difference of work function between a transparent electrode and an organic electro luminescence layer. CONSTITUTION: An organic electro luminescence display device is provided with a substrate(70) defined with a predetermined light emitting region, a transparent electrode(72) formed at the upper portion of the substrate by linearly flowing oxygen gas, a metal electrode formed on the entire surface of the resultant structure, and an organic light emitting layer formed between the transparent electrode and the metal electrode for emitting light by the voltage applied from the outside.
