<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reconstructed image wherein adverse affect owing to a cone angle is reduced, and artifacts are suppressed by processing weighting in accordance with the cone angle. <P>SOLUTION: An angle weighting processing is performed with respect to projection data which is obtained by a plurality of X-ray beams P-R1, Q-R2' passing the same slice position on a rotary center axis C, and, then, correction projection data is provided by obtaining virtual X-ray beams A, B vertically made incident on X-ray multi-string detectors. A position weighting processing is performed with respect to the correction projection data, and, then, the tomographic image of the target slice S is reconstructed. Correction projection data is obtained by the virtual X-ray beams A, B vertically made incident on the X-ray multi-string detectors, so that the influence of the cone angle is reduced so as to reduce the adverse affect by the cone angle of the X-ray beams. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
