<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding apparatus for food materials capable of increasing homogenization of dough. <P>SOLUTION: The extrusion molding apparatus comprises a pressurizing part 100 for pressurizing the dough composed of food materials and extruding the pressurized dough and a mixing chamber 10 installed on the outlet side of dough of the pressurizing part 100 and having a nozzle 20 for extruding the dough. The mixing chamber 10 has a circular cross section perpendicular to flow of the dough and has a resistance part 11 formed of a hub 13 positioned in nearly center of the circle and a resistant plate 15 radially extending from the hub 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
