<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid filter apparatus generating no blackish turbidity caused by activated carbon powder even if coloring matter turbidity having a yellowish color, or the like is adsorbed and removed using the activated carbon powder, capable of always holing a clear and transparent water state and capable of being applied so as to hold industrial water or gas to a clean state without being restricted to water in a water tank. <P>SOLUTION: A plate body 3 having a fluid flowing part 4 formed to a part thereof is provided and filter housing parts 5 are formed to one surface of the plate body 3 so as to pierce the plate body 3 up and down or left and right. After filters 6 bent in a bellows shape are respectively housed in the filter housing parts, activated carbon water is injected in the filter housing parts and this plate body is arranged in a fluid housing box or a flow channel. The fluid used is water and the housing box is set to a water tank of an aquarium fish.
