<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make gelled food eatable without being influenced by seasoning by easily cutting it fine. <P>SOLUTION: This gelled food ejection instrument is provided with a cylindrical charging bag 3 opened at both ends and charged with gelidium jelly; an ejection perforated plate 4 detachably mounted to one end side in the charging bag 3 and having a cutting edge for cutting the gelidium gelly fine in filiform by allowing the gelidium gelly to pass through; and an ejector 5 for ejecting the gelidium gelly charged in the charging bag 3, from the ejection perforated plate 4 side. The charging bag 3 is provided with a plurality of engaging pieces 12 engaged with the ejection perforated plate 4 to hold the ejection perforated plate 4 into the charging bag 3, formed by cutting and raising part of the charging bag 3 to the inside of the charging bag 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
