<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the oral cavity sanitary to prevent halitosis by wiping off tongue moss which is one of causes of halitosis and occurring on the surface of a tongue in a mossy state to form thin white tongue moss by lymph corpuscles, epithelial cells, food residue or the like left between lingual papillae and the propagation of bacteria. <P>SOLUTION: Pile type cloth or uneven paper is mounted on an oval column being a head to form a tongue cleaner polishing a tongue.
