PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film forming method for a high quality optical disk having exact, stable information reading/writing functions by securing a thickness precision in a process for forming the film of an ultraviolet curable resin on the substrate of the optical disk. SOLUTION: The high precision spin film-forming method includes a process for applying the ultraviolet curable resin 2 on the inside of the surface of the rotating substrate 1, a process in which the ultraviolet curable resin 2 is made to flow/disperse outside by centrifugal force by high velocity rotation to form the film, a viscosity adjustment process in which the viscosity of the resin 2 is increased partially by being irradiated with ultraviolet light 4 during film forming, and a process in which the entire ultraviolet curable resin 2 is irradiated with ultraviolet light.
