PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a tooth brush having a replaceable brush part, for obtaining the volume in a joint state substantially equally to that of an ordinary tooth brush, facilitating attachment and detachment, making the tooth brush sanitary, having enough and multi-stage fitting force, and injection-molding the fitted part. SOLUTION: In this fitting structure, the main component element is a fitting unit in which a fitting part is composed of an engagement projecting part and an engagement recessed part, the sections vertical to the axis of which are similar polygons. A plurality of fitting units in which the diameter of the rear is larger than that of the front and prismatic sub-fitting units are made to cross each other. The minimum diameter of the engaged projecting part of the fitted part is larger than the maximum diameter of the fitting unit in front of the fitting unit engaged with the engaged projecting part or the sub-fitting unit, and the plurality of engaged projecting parts get over the plurality of engagement projecting part at the same time to complete fitting, whereby in the tooth brush having smaller fitting force, the fitted part is equal to the above fitted part, and in the fitting part, some of the plurality of fitting units of the fitting parts are replaced by an off fitting unit having a flat principal part.
