<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a plastic card having function for confirming the use state of the card visually and aurally. CONSTITUTION: A first oversheet 3 composed of a transparent thermoplastic resin is bonded to a core sheet 1 composed of a white thermoplastic resin having a desired pattern printed thereon through an adhesive 2 applied to four corresponding sides of the sheet 3. Next, a second oversheet 5 is superposed on the nonadhesive surface of the core sheet l in the same way as the first oversheet 3. Continuously, a first mirror surface metal plate 6 having recessed parts on the surface thereof or equipped with through-holes is held between both oversheets so as to come into contact with a second mirror surface metal plate 7 and the whole is pressed under heating. By this method, protruding parts having a fluid sealed therein are formed to one surface of a plastic card on the side of the first oversheet at an arbitrary place.</p> |
