PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illicit opening of a base board case. SOLUTION: This illicit opening preventive mechanism comprises a case engaging part 50 having a case side threadedly engaging hole 53 and connected to a main base board case 20, a cover engaging part 60 having a cover side threadedly engaging hole 64 and connected to a main base board cover 30, and a joining cutting screw 70 for joining both engaging parts by threadedly engaging with the case side threadedly engaging hole and the cover side threadedly engaging hole in a state of oppositely superposing both engaging parts 50 and 60. The joining cutting screw 70 is composed of a screw head 71, a screw part 73 for threadedly engaging with both threadedly engaging holes 53 and 64, and a neck part 72 for connecting the screw head 71 and the screw part 73. When torque larger than torque required for threadedly engaging the screw part is made to act on the screw head 71, the neck part 72 ruptures, and the screw head 71 separates from the screw part 73.
