PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultra high-speed magnetic resonance imaging system for achieving drastical speeding up not realized in a conventional manner by predicting the motion of an imaging object in terms of time and space, and drastically decreasing the numbers of phase encodes and frequency encodes. SOLUTION: The ultra high-speed magnetic resonance imaging system in which the imaging object is placed in an electrostatic field, and impressed with a gradient magnetic field which is temporally fixed in an x, y, or z-direction in an orthogonal coordinate system, and a radio frequency wave. The imaging system includes a means for collecting only the phase encodes and the frequency encodes which are obtained by optimizing the motion of the imaging object based on estimation, and a means for interpolating data to be omitted.
