<p>Process for valuation of particularly anti-rheumatic effects of curative mud without redundant water is characterised by that the mud, prepared of young mud by maturing process containing mostly sulphur compounds, iron, manganese and desulphicating bacteria, is submitted to progressive multistep extraction of effective components. The extraction in particular steps is realised with continual mixing, mostly during 24 hours with ratio of curative mud to extracting substance at least 1 : 1. In the first step the curative mud is extracted by diluents mixable with water, the suspension is filtered and the filtrate is in the reduced pressure and under the temperature most 50 °C thickened with producing the extract No. 1. The extract No. 1 is subsequently, in the second step, submitted to the extraction under the same conditions as in the first step by diluents partially mixable with water, the suspension is filtered, filtrate is thickened, the obtained extract No. 2 is dried, flattened and in the third step under the same conditions as in the first and second steps is extracted by diluent non-mixable with water, the filtrate is thickened with producing the extract No. 3. The extract No. 3 is submitted to other extraction by non-polar diluent and after the suspension filtration and filtrate thickening the extract No. 4 is obtained. The biological effect of the extracts from the particular steps is after the dissolving in the organic diluent or its mixture with water valued after the application to the biological model in the presence of suitable substrate.</p> |
