PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the axial length of a clutch built-in type rotating part more compact. SOLUTION: Orbital grooves 4 and 6 are provided in the outer diameter surface of an inner member 1 to be fixed on a shaft, and in the inner diameter surface of a cylindrical outer member 2, and cylindrical surfaces 5 and 7 are provided at both the sides of each orbital groove. A pocket 10 and a sprag housing part 11 are provided for each holder 3 assembled in between both the members 1 and 2 alternately in the circumferential direction. The pocket 10 houses freely rotatable rolling body along the orbital grooves 4, 6. Each sprag 14a which is so long in length as to be bridged between cylindrical surfaces 5 and 7 at both the sides of each orbital groove 4 and 6, is housed in the sprag housing parts 11, and each sprag 14a is thereby pressed by an elastic member 16 in the direction that each sprag abuts against the cylindrical surfaces 5 and 7. The interposition of each sprag 14a between rolling bodies 12, which is so long in length as to be bridged between the cylindrical surfaces 5 and 7 of both side of the orbital grooves 4, 6, enables the axial length of the clutch built-in type rotating part to be more compact. |
