<p>PURPOSE: To remove bubbles without loss of liquid efficiently and surely by reciprocating a bubble accumulating part of a piston between the position aligned with a lower opening part and the position aligned with an opening part, and circulating a liquid in the bubble accumulating part when the bubble accumulating part faces to the opening part. CONSTITUTION: A groove part 17 of a piston 15 is positioned just under an opening part 4 and just above a liquid supply port 7 in a communicating pipe 8. Accordingly, a stored liquid 10a compressed in the communicating pipe 8 is force-fed into the groove part 17, and bubbles 40 existing in the groove part 17 are washed away to a liquid storing tank 10 through the opening part 4, so that the interior of the groove part 17 is filled with the stored liquid 19a not containing bubbles 40. As the stored liquid and a liquid to be collected are the same, the composition of a liquid will not change in the groove part 17. The groove part 17 of the piston 15 is moved on the inner peripheral surface of a cylinder 2, and the groove part 17 filled with the stored liquid 10a faces to a lower opening part 3. Accordingly, only the bubbles 40 can be removed without losing a liquid to be collected.</p> |
