PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure accumulating pump capable of always ensuring sealability at the time of the contact of the end of a piston with the stepped surface provided to a cylinder, and to provide the module thereof. SOLUTION: In the pressure accumulation type pump 1, the end 143 of the piston 140 has a notch 143a along the outer peripheral end edge thereof, and is divided into the slide surface 143f<SB>1</SB>sliding along the inner wall surface 110f of a cylinder 110 and the contact surface 143f<SB>2</SB>coming into contact with a stepped part 113. Therefore, the end 143 of the piston 140 comes into contact with the stepped part 113 without coming into contact with the vicinity 113a of the root of the stepped part 113 provided to the cylinder 110.
