<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toy remote control program and a toy remote control device for operating a new toy on the basis of a novel operation command by adding the novel operation command. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 12 of this toy remote control device 10 executes a game program corresponding to data on the designated novel operation command by extracting the game program from a game program file 32 when a game player designates the novel operation command desired to be acquired. When the game player side wins in a game played by the extracted game program, novel operation command data corresponding to the game program are extracted from a novel operation command data file 30, or the data are stored.
