FINE POWDER MANUFACTURING METHOD USING JET GRINDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine powder manufacturing method for more finely reducing the grinding arrival particle size of a product powder ground by a jet grinder. SOLUTION: In the jet grinder for accelerating particles by jet gas streams and grinding them by the mutual collision of the accelerated particles or the collision of the particles with a collision plate, a hydrogen gas, a helium gas or a mixed gas of these gases is supplied to the jet grinder 1 as jet gas streams from a gas supply source 2 for forming jet gas streams while a raw material powder to be ground is supplied to the gas jet generation part (contractible and expandable pipe) of the jet grinder 1 from a raw material powder supply 3. A solid-gas separator 5 is arranged to an exhaust gas passage 4 of the gas discharged from the jet grinder to separate a product powder and a carrier gas while the separated carrier gas is recycled through a compressor 6 to be used.
