PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that in a conventional electrodeposited flocking coating method, an electrodeposited flocked region is hardly releasable in recycling a base material due to the generation of a failure or a malfunction, damage of a finished product or the like at an electrodeposited flocking stage, so that an attempt to forcibly release the region results in the impairing of the base material and the impaired base material can no longer be recycled leaving no other choice but to discard it. SOLUTION: This new method enables the region to be easily released by adding an anchor coat application step to the conventional electrodeposition coating step. Consequently, it is possible to recycle the base material and reduce the load upon environments. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
