PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical machining tool which prevents the surface of an aligning part from getting flawed or worn by an alining sphere or the like and from deforming due to pressure by the sphere or the like and has both the alining part and a tool electrode resistant to corrosion by an electrolyte. SOLUTION: A base material 12 of the aligning part A2 and the tool A1 is a unit made of quenched and tempered alloy steel with hardness of Hv 700 or higher. A corrosion-resistant conductive ceramic coating layer 14 is provided on the surface of the base material 12, and an abrasion/corrosion resistant electrically insulating ceramic coating layer 16 with hardness of Hv 1,500 or higher is stacked thereon. The ceramic coating layer 16 on the top of a herring- bone-like protrusion 10 formed on the outer periphery of the tool A1 is ground to be removed, thereby exposing the conductive ceramic coating layer 14 to provide the tool electrode 18.
