PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator efficient and having a simple structure. SOLUTION: The longitudinal micrometric separator for classifying a solid particulate material comprises an outer casing 24 having a flow-in aperture and a flow-out aperture for the particulate material, a collection chamber in the bottom, and a sliding support 10 for the particulate material practically extended along the longitudinal retracting axis and the separator is constructed so as to transfer the material in the longitudinal direction by the flow of a forcible fluid. The sliding support comprises at least one first inclined wall 15 in a plane parallel to the retracting axis and at least one dropping channel 17 having an axis parallel to the retracting axis and connected to a side end of the inclined wall.
