PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the filtering treatment quantity without altering the external form dimension of a housing. SOLUTION: The connection pipe part 22c of a liquid gathering member 22 provided to a filter cartridge 20 is constituted so as to be directly connected to an outlet nozzle 14 provided at the position eccentric from the center of a cap 12 of a housing 10a. Therefore, it is unnecessary to provide a separate adaptor member for connecting the outlet nozzle 14 and the liquid gathering member 22 in the housing 10a and, by this constitution, the filter cartridge 20 equipped with a filter member 21 having a larger volume can be mounted and filtering treatment capacity can be enhanced without altering the external form dimension of the housing. Further, since it is unnecessary to arrange the separate adaptor member, seal places can be reduced as compared with conventional cases and a factor causing the occurrence of untreated liquid can be reduced.
