The invention is related to a method and a regulation device to be able to regulate the adjustment of the maximum supplyable fuel amount in an injection pump for a diesel engine, in that the maximum supplyable fuel amount is regulated in dependence on a control pressure from the intake pressure of the engine. The regulation device comprises an adjusting device (13) having a first member (16) which by actuation from a control pressure from the intake system of the engine in dependence on this control pressure can influence an adjustment arm (11) for full load amount in the injection pump (1). The adjusting device is applicable, without reconstruction of the injection pump, in an already existing opening in the pump housing. |
