PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier film which can be used for a soft packaging material, an electronic device or the like and shows high gas barrier properties. SOLUTION: The gas barrier film comprises a base material formed of an organic material, a resin layer composed of a fluoride formed on one side or both sides of the base material by a vapor deposition process and a gas barrier layer composed of an inorganic oxide formed by a vacuum film forming process.
