PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in a conventional top cover for a warm table using chairs that, when sitting in a chair by raising the top cover, a space is formed between the chair and the raised top cover to release heat therefrom or introduce the outside cold air, resulting in insufficient warmness, which often makes the reverse side of legs cold or requires the setting of an adjusting memory to a maximum with poor energy saving property. SOLUTION: A cut part for inserting and pulling out legs is formed in a conventional top cover or under blanket to have a lid shape by leaving one side without cutting. Accordingly, the top cover (under blanket) can be used without raising the cover only by inserting and pulling out the legs. By fixing the cover, an energy-saved top cover (under blanket) capable of preventing the radiation of heat of a warm table to the outside and interrupting the penetration of the external cold air can be provided.
