PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film or sheet for substitution for coating having a matte acrylic resin film with a good matte appearance on the outermost layer, feelings of high quality, depth and calmness, a decorative layer in which the occurrence of dropout of printing is suppressed, and good appearance characteristics, and a laminated body laminated with this on a base material. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the laminated film or sheet for substitution for coating having an acrylic resin film (I), a decorative layer (II) and a thermoplastic resin film or sheet (III) comprises forming the decorative layer (II) with appearance defects of≤10 per 1 m2on the thermoplastic resin film or sheet (III) and laminating the acrylic resin film (I) with a 60°surface gloss of≤50% on the decorative layer (II).
