PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person who has a pain, fatigue, and other disorders in one's waist, backbone, shoulders, etc., to be self-reliant to avoid becoming like a bedridden aged person by preventing a bedsore, and to rest, sleep, and exercise for rehabilitation in a most comfortable and relaxing posture, while placing, propping, leaning one's side waist, side back, backbone upper section, back shoulders, oblique back shoulders, nape lower section, breast upper section, neck lower face, etc., with a posture such as lying on one's side obliquely with various angles, on one's stomach, on one's back sloping up in the upper body and head direction, etc., otherwise than the main posture of lying on one's back or on one's side for resting, sleeping, etc. SOLUTION: Backrest sections (columnar objects each approximately triangular, mound shaped, oval or round, a mattress rolled, folded, into a varied shape whose part is separated therefrom to be moved to other part, or whose bottom face is divided into two, etc.), are utilized which have a variety of sectional shapes where each upper body section such as waist, stomach, shoulders, and the back face of head, can be placed, withdrawn, and propped; chest-rest sections (which serves also as shoulder-rest sections) and a variety type forehead-rest sections are used for lying on one's stomach; and a bedding (metal, board, hard resin, or the like, is not employed) is additionally utilized which slopes up in the upper body and head direction.
