PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bouquet wrapping material which wraps a bouquet easily and neatly through a simple operation, and a method for manufacturing the bouquet wrapping material. SOLUTION: This bouquet wrapping material 1 is used in the way that a transparent or a translucent base sheet 2 and a decorative sheet 3 are lapped over each other.
