PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To neutralize the ground, to prevent the charging, to exclude the human-induced or naturally-generated charging on human body, material bodies, animals and plants, and to efficiently generate minus ion to provide good external environment, as the ground where the facilities such as a factory exist, or the specific ground are often struck by lighting, the corrosion of buried metal is caused by the electrification of the ground and the tray current, further the self-cleaning functions (soil fertility) of the ground is impaired, and the human, animal or microorganisms living there, and the growing plant are charged and receive bad influence. SOLUTION: This antistatic tool is manufactured by packing fine powder or particles of charcoal such as bincho charcoal in a glass tube, and winding two kinds of metals generating difference in ionizing tendency on a tube wall to provide the antistatic tool.
