PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and properly determine adequacy of nail adjustment on a pachinko machine in a special winning state on the basis of operation data on the pachinko machine. SOLUTION: A central control device 5 corrects the number of out balls and the number of safe balls of the pachinko machine 1 on the basis of a theoretical special win occurrence probability and a special win occurrence probability in a probability fluctuating state previously set on each pachinko machine 1, outputs a result of operation wherein the corrected number of safe balls is divided by the corrected number of out balls as a corrected prize ball rate, and corrects a divider by a predetermined operation using data such as the corrected prize ball rate. The central control device 5 outputs corrected operation data including such as the corrected number of out balls and the corrected prize ball rate together with the operation data such as the number of out balls and the prize ball rate before correction.
