<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for controlling a surgical apparatus which improves the communication of a medical instrument in quality. <P>SOLUTION: An electrode knife apparatus 9 receives a command from a remote controller 14 at a step S21, and then receives a command from a system controller 12 at a step S22. A step S23 compares the command contents between from the remote controller 14 and from the system controller 12.
