PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat minimized in the vertical width of the whole cushion frame and giving no sense of foreign matter to an occupant. SOLUTION: A rotating arm 48 rotatably supported on the front end part 12b of a base frame 12 supported on a pedestal is formed of a first arm 62 having an upper end part 62a rotatably supported on the cushion frame 31 and a second arm 63 having a vertical center part 63a rotatably supported on the front end part 12b of the base frame 12 and a lower end part 63b rotatably supported by a hydraulic actuator 53, and the first arm 62 is expansible and contractible to the second arm 63.
