PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a nut N must be held by a spanner when loosening a bolt B tightening a flange F, but the spanner cannot be fully held if there is an obstacle around the flange F. SOLUTION: A stopper part 3 is provided in the vicinity of a spanner part 2, and the stopper part 3 is abutted on an outer peripheral surface of the flange F so that the spanner 1 need not be tightly held by hand.
