PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep favorable operability, reduce an installation space and easily collect chips. SOLUTION: A pivot 12 of an arm 13 in a rotary unit 11 provided on a bed 2 is set up closer to a tool magazine 5 from the center line L of a table 9. In addition, a pair of screens 15 which can close the front space of a palette 10 at the standby position of the arm 13 are provided to stand at point- symmetrical positions with respect to the pivot 12 as the center on the arm 13.
