PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing cake 'cream puff' enabling supreme recognition of flavoring feeling fresh from the oven as a key to deliciously eat the cake. SOLUTION: This method for producing the cake 'cream puff' comprises heating chou puff as it is or to a degree not to get burnt, leaving the product for a few minutes to cool down, separately thawing cream in a squeeze bag at normal temperatures, holding the bag in the fingertips, cutting the end of the bag, and inserting the bag into the puff so as to fill the cream in the chou puff.
