PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tea drink stable in long period preservation without causing precipitation and to provide a method for producing the tea drink. SOLUTION: The tea drink contains sulfated mucopolysaccharide. The method for producing the tea drink preservable for a long period comprises a process of adding the sulfated mucopolysaccharide to the tea drink. As polyphenol, protein, methyl xanthine and polysaccharides each contained in a tea extract are insolubilized during long period preservation and prevent the production of cloud and precipitation, the tea drink stable in flavor and the method for producing the tea drink can be each provided.
