PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas generation system for an aromatic solvent with a wide range of applicability, and capable of adjusting and switching between direct and indirect heating operation systems. SOLUTION: A solvent storage container with a hole and an oil core which is inserted into the container through the hole to suck out the solvent are provided. A cartridge device with a hole corresponding to the hole of the container is provided in the end face of the hole, and it demarchates a housing chamber and houses a ring-shaped heating mechanism. The heating mechanism has a through hole in the axial direction corresponding to the hole, and at least one part of the oil core is passed through it to be contacted or not contacted with the mechanism. A heating wire is wound around the hub of the mechanism, and two electrode terminals of the wire are connected to the corresponding conductive terminal of the cartridge device or the wiring terminal of a control system. A high temperature zone is derived by the mechanism so that the solvent of the oil core is evaporated and the gasified molecule is released in the air. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
