PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded object of high quality low in the difference of cooling shrinkage factor between parts mutually different in characteristics and easy to produce, in a polypropylene resin in-mold foam molded object having parts mutually different in characteristics, and a manufacturing method for the molded object. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the polypropylene resin in-mold foam molded object having a part where two or more unit molded objects different in characteristics are integrally molded adjacent to each other by filling two or more sections divided in a mold with polypropylene resin foamed particles and molding the polypropylene resin foamed particles in the mold, the foamed particles charged in at least one of the sections comprise a polypropylene resin or a polypropylene resin composition with a tensile elastic modulus of 1,200 MPa or more and foamed particles satisfying the formula (1): 20-0.014×D1≤E1≤65-0.072×D1 and formula (2): 10≤D1≤700 in the relation between an apparent density D1 (g/L) and high temperature peak heat quantity E1 (g/J) are used.
