PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction pad capable of increasing the strength of a suction cup fitting without using a core or a cover and durable in a long time use. SOLUTION: Flexibility (elasticity) required to suck a work is provided in a suction part 14 by setting the rubber hardness of a fitting part 12 to be higher than the rubber hardness of the suction part 14 of a suction pad 10, and the strength capable of withstanding cyclic loads applied to the fitting part via a suction pipe is provided in the fitting part 14. Further, by forming the suction pad 10 only of rubber, no sorting work is required in disposal. Still further, since no core or cover is provided, the weight of the suction pad 10 is reduced.
