PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a bubbling action by accelerating the flowing speed of bubbles generated by a bubble generator used in a foam separation apparatus, an apparatus for dissolving gas into liquid, and the like. SOLUTION: The foam separation apparatus is provided with a cylinder 2, which regulates the flow passage of the bubbles ejected by a bubble ejector 14 of the bubble generator 1. Baffle plates 3 are fixed projectingly to guide the bubble flow and are so arranged on the inner side of the cylinder 2 as to collide with the bubble flow from the ejector. When the baffle plates collide with the bubble flow, they deflect the direction of the flow so that the power of the bubble flow is added to the bubble flotation. The bubbles flowing in the cylinder are accelerated not only by their own buoyancy but also by the ejected flow energy. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
