PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To read out joint data of each part from parts blanked on a planar sheet and automatically make joint cutting data. SOLUTION: A parts cutting off data generating section 27 makes part cutting off data for cutting joint portions and cutting off parts from a planar sheet referring to joint processing data in programing device 3. Subsequently, processing schedule data are refferred and a processing line 8 is controlled in a line control device 5. That is, joint-process of the planar sheet is carried out by a processing machine 19, and joint portions are cut by a part cutting and separating device 21, the parts are cut and separated.
