PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive stick body capable of preventing the generation of static electricity by preventing charge, and a swab using the same. SOLUTION: In the paper stick 12 (stick body) formed by winding and bonding a paper sheet, the paper sheet is formed from conductive fibers by a papermaking process. The swab 11 is obtained by forming a fiber aggregate 13 to at least one end of the paper stick 12. This swab 11 may contain conductive fibers in the fiber aggregate 13. In place of the paper sheet, a plastic sheet containing conductive fibers or a conductive powder may be used. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
