PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation instrument for forming two skiing channels of a classical course track by making a surface of snow flat by loading or hauling a course track cutter on a snow tractor such as a snowmobile comparatively easy to manipulate without depending on a snow tractor with a snow pressing/cutting apparatus in preparation of a course of cross-country skiing. SOLUTION: By loading or hauling the course track cutter on the snow tractor such as snowmobile, the two skiing channels of the classical course track are formed by two snow surface cutters and two channel shapers on a snow preparing plate of an instrument body, and simultaneously, snow is made flat by a snow surface preparing pole as well. At the same time, the preparation instrument is reversed easily to make flat snow surface without skiing channels. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
