<p>A method and apparatus for providing product information to and collecting information from a user of an information display device is disclosed. In one embodiment, the disclosed method and apparatus is configured to operate in conjunction with the offering and promotion of the beverage wine. In such an embodiment electronic hardware and software are configured to provide information regarding wine to a user via a portable display device that may communicate with a main server via a wireless link. In one embodiment content is downloaded from a hub server that may additionally be configured to facilitate inventory tracking and product ordering. In other embodiments the disclosed method and apparatus may be configured with a personal account feature so that a user may establish personalized information regarding their wine information. In one embodiment the disclosed method and apparatus is configured to facilitate retail sales, on-line sales, and training.</p> |
