PURPOSE: A hot press of a liquid crystal display and a method for bonding using the same are provided to calibrate a difference in a gap between alignment marks by controlling bending directions and the size of upper and lower main substrates. CONSTITUTION: A lower substrate of a liquid crystal panel includes a plurality of lower main substrates. An upper substrate of the liquid crystal panel includes a plurality of upper main substrates. The upper and lower main substrates are temporarily fixed by using aligning marks and misalignment of the upper and lower main substrates are memorized. A hot press of a liquid crystal display includes an upper plate(52) and a lower plate(51). A first sheet(53) is formed on the lower plate, having a convex surface. A second sheet(54) is formed on the upper plate, having a concave surface. The upper and lower main substrates are mounted between the first and second sheets to be pressed under a predetermined temperature. |
