METHOD FOR MAKING COMPOST USING LIVESTOCK EXCREMENT AND COMPOST OBTAINED THEREBY

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for making compost from livestock excrement in a short time, which prevents the environmental pollution, reduces the agricultural chemical and fertilizer consumption and assists in the production of non-polluting products. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: mixing chaff powder pulverized into 10-20 mesh and livestock excrement in the ratio of 50-70%:30-50% together with at least one material selected from a fermenting microorganism and an artificial zeolite; introducing the mixture into a fermenting tank and carrying out fermentation at 50-70 deg.C for 20-24 hours with controlling the generation of hyphae; carrying out post-aging of the fermented mixture at room temperature for 14-21 days; passing the mixture in the form of fine powder through a grinder to obtain pellets; and forming the pellets in the shape of a sphere.
